Ingredients For Pasta Salad Recipe:

  • Salt to taste
  • Pasta (Any Type)
  • 1/2 onion 
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • Boiled Brocolli
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • Boiled Corns
  • Lettuce
  • Olives
  • Capsicum
  • Cucumber
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Pomegranate
  • Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 1 Cheese Cube

For Dressing:

  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 6 tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Red Chilli Flakes
  • Mixed Herb Seasoning

Method To Cook Indian Style Pasta:

  • First, take a deep pot and fill half of its volume with water.

  • Add a teaspoon of salt to it and bring it to a boil.

  • Now put the required amount of pasta in the boiling water and give it a good mix.

  • Let the pasta boil for upto 8-10 minutes till it gets soft.

  • While boiling pasta take another boil and add chopped onions, tomatoes, cooked broccoli, chopped carrot, boiled sweet corns, some salad leaves, olives, chopped capsicum, cucumber, some pomegranate seeds in it and give it a good mix.

  • Turn off the flame and rinse the boiled pasta. 

  • Wash the boiled pasta with some cold water to remove its starch.

  • Mix the boiled pasta in your vegetable mixture.

  • Add some roasted peanut, chopped walnuts, and small cheese cubes in it.

  • To make Salad’s dressing, take a small bowl and add 2 tsp lemon juice, 4-5 tsp olive oil, salt to taste, pinch of black pepper, 1/4 tsp chilli flakes, and 1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning. 

  • Mix the dressing well and spread it evenly into the salad bowl.

Your pasta salad in Indian style is ready to be served.
