Ingredients for Egg mayonnaise sandwich recipe
- 4 slices whole-wheat bread
- Two eggs
- 3 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 4 tsp butter
- a pinch of salt
- a bit of ground white pepper
- 1/3 tsp sugar powder
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs

Steps to cook egg mayonnaise sandwich:
- Firstly, take a deep pot and fill water in it.
- Heat the water to boil and add two eggs to it.
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and take them out in cold water.
- Peel the shells from the egg and separate the yolk from it.
- Finely chop the egg white and mix it with the egg yolk.
- Give both a good mix and add a pinch of ground white pepper, a pinch of salt, 1/3 tsp sugar powder, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs and mix everything well.
- Add 3 tsp of mayonnaise, 1 tsp chopped parsley and give it a good mix.
- Take four whole wheat bread slices and spread the butter on each piece.
- Now spread the egg mixture evenly on two slices, cover it with the other two pieces.
Your Egg mayonnaise sandwich is ready to be served.
