Ingredients for veg club sandwich recipe:


  • 1/4 cup grated cucumber
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
  • 3 tsp Amul cream cheese
  • 3 tsp veg mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
  • Whole wheat bread


Method to cook veg club sandwich:


  • Take a bowl and add 1/4 cup grated cucumber, 1/4 cup grated carrot, 1/4 cup chopped cabbage, 3 tsp Amul cream cheese, 3 tsp veg mayonnaise and give it a good mix.

  • Now add the following ingredients: salt to taste, 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper and mix everything.

  • Now take the bread slices and cut the outer part of all the pieces.
