Ingredients for veg club sandwich recipe:
- 1/4 cup grated cucumber
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
- 3 tsp Amul cream cheese
- 3 tsp veg mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
- Whole wheat bread
Method to cook veg club sandwich:
- Take a bowl and add 1/4 cup grated cucumber, 1/4 cup grated carrot, 1/4 cup chopped cabbage, 3 tsp Amul cream cheese, 3 tsp veg mayonnaise and give it a good mix.
- Now add the following ingredients: salt to taste, 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper and mix everything.
- Now take the bread slices and cut the outer part of all the pieces.
