Ingredients For Schezwan Cheese Maggi Recipe:

 1 cupCabbage, (patta gobi)

 1 Carrot, (gajar)

 1/2 Capsicum, (Shimla Mirch)

 50 gms Green Peas(Matar)

 1 tbsp Butter(Makhan)

 Salt to taste

 2 packet Maggi Noodles

 Maggi Masala

 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce

 1 cube Cheese


Method to cook Schezwan Cheese Maggi:

- Heat a Kadhai, add butter, Cabbage, carrot, capsicum, toss them until they cooked crunchy

- Add salt, toss it again, turn off the flame then place the veggies into a bowl.

- Add water, green peas, Maggi noodles, Maggi masala in the same kadhai, mix it well, and cook it for 2 minutes.

- Add some sauteed vegetables and keep the rest for garnishing once the noodles are half cooked(¾), 

- Then toss it quickly and add schezwan sauce and grated cheese.

- Quickly toss again, and Maggie is ready.

- Garnish with sauteed vegetables and grated cheese.


2. Maggi Noodles Spring Roll

Ingredients Maggi Noodles Spring Roll Recipe:

1/4 cup shredded Cabbage (Long cuts thin slice)

1/2 capsicum cut lengthwise

One spring onion cut lengthwise

4-5 french beans 

Maggi noodles and tastemaker

1 cup - tomato sauce

One tablespoon olive or veggie oil

1/2 tsp ginger chilli paste

1 tsp chaat masala

salt to taste

tabasco sauce or any other chilli sauce

plain flour paste


Method to cook Maggi Noodles Spring Roll:

To make the filling:

- Heat 1 tbsp. Oil in a pan. Add capsicum and french beans, saute it for 2 minutes.

- Then add Maggi noodles. 

- Add water to boil the mixture. After that add the tastemaker. 

- Add ginger chilli paste, chaat masala(quantity written above in ingredients). Tomato ketchup, long cuts, Cabbage, and spring onions. Add salt in it and mix it well. 


To make the rolls: 

- Take one sheet of the spring roll sheet. Spread the noodles filling over the sheets.

- Tightly rolls covering up the noodle stuff completely. Use the plain flour paste to fix the edges of the rolls and deeply fry the rolls.

- Cut the rolls in pieces as needed.

- Serve with capsicum and any chilli sauce.

Ingredients For Maggi Manchurian Recipe:

1 cup Water

1 Pack Noodles

 Maggi Magic Masala

 1 Carrot (chopped) (Gajar)

 1/2 cup Cabbage (chopped) (patta gobi)

 1 tbsp Corn Flour

 Salt

 Oil 

 

 For Sauce:

 1 tbsp Oil 

 2 tbsp Garlic & Ginger (chopped) (Adrak- lahsun)

 2 Green Chillies (chopped) )Hari Mirch

 1/2 Capsicum (chopped) (Shimla Mirch)

 1 Onion (chopped) (Pyaz)

 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce

 1/2 cup Water

 1 tsp Corn Flour

 Salt

 Spring Onions (chopped)

 

Method to cook Maggi Manchurian: 

-heat the water, then add Noodles, Maggi Masala. 

-Next, stir it continuously till water is dried out, 

-Then add vegetables like Carrot (chopped), Cabbage (chopped) mix it well together. 

-Now switch off the flame then transfer it to the bowl and let it cool down. 

-After that, add Corn Flour, Salt and remix it. 

-Next, make a round ball of the mixture. 

-Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls and take it out in the plate.

-To make a sauce take oil in a pan heat it up, after that add chopped ginger & garlic and stir it properly.

-Add chopped hari mirch(green chillis), Capsicum (Shimla Mirch), onion (pyaz) cook it for at least 2 mins after that add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and soya sauce in it

-Take another bowl, add cour flour and water in it, mix it properly, then boil the water nicely in a pan

-Add salt to taste.

-Add Manchurian balls in a pan with sauce.

-Toss all the mixture carefully

-Lastly add chopped spring onion and mix it

Hot Maggie Manchurian is ready to serve
