Ingredients for prawns stir fry recipe:


2 tbsp chilli sauce

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

¼ cup fresh cilantro stalks chopped

½ tsp cornstarch

1½ cups prawns, peeled and deveined (tails left intact optional)

4 tbsp vegetable oil, divided 

Two stalks spring onion, chopped; separated

Eight cloves garlic, sliced 

2-inch fresh ginger, long cut) (adrak)

2-3 dried red chillies,( hari mirch)

Salt as required



Method to cook prawns stir fry:


Cut the garlic ginger and spring onions in a slice. Take a Kadai and add the oil. It should be smoky. Then add the prawns and cook them till the water gets dry ultimately. Once the Prawns turns golden brown and crispy. Transfer them in a platter or a plate. Then add the Garlic in the same smoky kadhai. Once the Garlic turns brown adds the ginger and red chillies. After mixing well add prawns and cuts of the spring onion. Toss it in a high flame. Finally, add cornflour, soya sauce if needed, salt to taste, and spicy red chillies and quickly stir it.

2. Prawns Ghee Roast Recipe

Ingredients for prawns ghee roast recipe:

Wet Paste:

Four nos dried Kashmiri Chillies

Five dried Byadgi Chillies

1 Tsp Peppercorns (kali mirch)

1/2 Cumin seeds(jeera)

1/4 Tsp mustard seeds 

1/4 Tsp fenugreek seeds(mentee)

1 tbsp coriander seeds(Dhaniya ke beej)

1 tbsp thick tamarind pulp(Emilee ka gooda)

8-10 Garlic cloves(lehsun)

Water as required


Marination:

1/2 Kilo Prawns Cleaned and Washed

1 Tsp Turmeric Powder(haldi powder)

1 Tbsp red Chilly Powder(lal mirch powder)

1/4 Cup Yoghurt(Dahi)

1/2 Lime Juice(nimbu ka ras)


Tadka:

3 tbsp Ghee

10-15 nos curry leaves

Salt as required



Method to cook prawns ghee roast:


- First use the marination method to Marinate the seafood prawns with fresh yogurt, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, salt, lime juice, mix the ingredients very well. Cover it aside for 15-20mins.

- Now take a heated pan to roast the dry Kashmiri chillies, it should be roasted 80% in a lower flame after that add spices: dhaniya seeds, cumin seeds(jeera seeds), kali mirch, methi seeds.

- Increase the flame moderately and Roast them until they get fragrant and nicely cooked.

- After that turn off the flame and allow the spices to cool down and grind that into the powder.

- And garlic(lehsun), Emilee ka gooda, water and grind them into a smooth and fine paste.

- Take another Pan and add desi ghee and heat it in a low medium flame to melt the ghee

- After adding the Marinated Prawns in the pan.

- Increase the flame to high and roast the prawns while stirring continuously.

- When the prawns are little cooked add the ground masala.

- Stir it well and continuously and allow the prawns and masala(spices) to cook in a high flame.

- Garnish it with curry leaves and mix it.

3. Butter Garlic Prawns Recipe

Ingredients for butter garlic prawns recipe:

1 tbsp. Oil (tel)

¼ cup Salted butter (Makhan)

25 medium-sized raw Prawns, peeled with tail on

⅛ cup Garlic cloves, crushed (lehsun crushed)

⅛ cup Green garlic, chopped(hara lehsun)

Salt, as required

Freshly ground black pepper, as needed (peesi kali mirch)

Chilli flakes, as required

2 tbsp. Lemon juice(nimbu ka ras)

½ tsp. Corn starch

2-3 tbsp. Water



Method to cook butter garlic prawns:


- Take a pan and heat oil in a medium flame then add Prawns in it.

- keep the flame high and toss the prawns and add salt to taste.

-then add butter(Makhan) and Garlic (lehsun) and tss the content again.

- add some water, kali mirch, chilli flakes, cornflour(make ka atta), lemon juice(minbu ka ras) and mix everything well.

 Butter Garlic Prawns are ready to eat.



4. Chilli Garlic Prawns Recipe

Ingredients for chilli garlic prawns recipe:


(Serves 2)

- 2 tbsp Cornflour

- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour

- 1 tsp Garlic Paste(lehsun paste)

- 1 tsp Ginger Paste (adrak Paste)

- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder(kali mirch powder)

- 1 Egg (anda)

- 300 gms Prawns

- Oil (tel)


Ingredients For Slurry:

- 1 tbsp Cornflour

- 1 tbsp Water


Ingredients For Sauce:

- 2-3 tbsp Oil 

- 2 tbsp Garlic(minced)- (lehsun)

- 1/2 tbsp Ginger(minced) (Adrak)

- 2 Spring Onions White(Sliced)

- 3 Green Chillies(slit)

- 1 Capsicum (Shimla mirch)

- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder(kali mirch powder

- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

- 1/2 tbsp Chilli Sauce

- 1/4 cup Water

- Salt  

- 1/4 tsp Vinegar (Sirka)



Method to cook chilli garlic prawns:


  • Take a bow to add the ingredients- corn flour, all-purpose flour, ginger- garlic paste, soya sauce, black pepper powder(kali mirch powder)

  • Now add egg and whisk it very well with no lumps.

  • Then add Prawns in it and mix it well.

  • Take a pan then heat oil in low, medium flame, fry it from both sides

  • Take the prawns out from the pan after they get fried 

  • Then take a bowl to add cornflour and water, mix it well.

  • Heat the pan again with oil, then add minced Garlic (keema lehsun) and minced ginger(keema adrak). Mix it well till raw smell goes away

  • Then add spring onion and chopped green chillies (hari mirch) in a pan.

  • Add chopped capsicum(Shimla mirch), black pepper(kali mirch), soya sauce, and chilli sauce and mix it well.

  • Add some water mix it then adds fried prawns in it.

  • Coat the fried prawn with a sauce

  • Add salt to taste and vinegar, Mix everything well.

5. Prawns Pulao Recipe

Ingredients for prawns pulao recipe:

1 cup Basmati rice (soaked for 20 minutes)

2 cups Water

15 Prawns, cleaned and deveined

2 Bay leaves (Tej patta)

6 Whole Black Pepper Corns (sabut kali mirch)

6 cloves(laung)

3 Cinnamon Sticks (Dal Chini)

Salt, to taste

1 tsp. Turmeric powder (Haldi Powder)

1 tsp. Red chilli powder (lal Mirch powder)

2 tbsp. Oil (tel)

1 tbsp. Ginger, Garlic and green chilli paste (Adrak, Lehsun, and hari mirch paste)

½ cup Onion, chopped (Pyaz Bareek)

¼ cup Tomato, chopped (tamatar Bareek)

¼ cup Coriander leaves (Dhaniya ke patte)



Method to cook prawns pulao:


- Take a pan, heat the oil then add cumin seeds(jeera), bay leaves(tej patta), cloves(laung), peppercorns(kali mirch), cinnamon sticks(dal cheeni), salt to taste and fry all the ingredients until onion turns to golden brow.

- After that, add the ginger-garlic(crushed), lal mirch powder, haldi powder, stir them continuously until their raw smell goes away.

- Then add Chopped tomatoes(bareek tamatar) and prawns, fry them while stirring continuously on high flame for 2-3 minutes.

- Add soaked(wet) rice and stir them nicely with a gentle hand.

- Add water in it and give a boil in high flame till it dries up, after that cover the lid for 8-10 mins in a low flame.

- Garnish it with coriander leaves (Dhaniya).

- Prawns pulao recipe is ready to serve.
